Please note: Custom or personalized jewelry orders may require additional fulfillment time, which will be communicated to you during checkout or via email.

## 2. Delivery & Tracking

We offer reliable, tracked shipping options across the United Kingdom. Shipping fees and delivery estimates are calculated dynamically and displayed clearly at checkout before you finalize your payment.

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its progress in real-time.

## 3. In-Store Pickup (Click & Collect)

If you prefer to collect your items in person, we offer a complimentary pickup option at our Slough boutique. Simply select "Pickup" at checkout, and we will send you an email notification with instructions as soon as your order is ready for collection.
